Guarantee

We want buyers to be able to buy tickets from Formula 1 Booking Office with confidence. As such, with each qualified order, Formula 1 Booking Office works to ensure that:

1. Your tickets will be delivered in time for the event;

2. Your tickets will provide valid entry to the event;

3. The tickets you receive will be the same as those you ordered; and

4. If any of these things do not occur, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve any verified issue(s) covered by this Buyer Guarantee, by providing you with comparable or better tickets to the event, a refund or, subject to applicable law, a credit. Please contact Formula 1 Booking Office immediately.

Cancellations / Postponement

1. If your event is cancelled and not rescheduled, Formula 1 Booking Office, in its sole discretion, will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price or, subject to applicable laws, issue you a credit for use on a future purchase. We will notify you that the event was canceled and provide instructions on how to obtain the refund or credit.

   1. Any contingent games, such as playoff series games, that are not played because of a team’s elimination, will be subject to a full refund or credit as a canceled event in accordance with the previous paragraph.

2. If an event is postponed, you may use the tickets on the rescheduled date. If replacement tickets are required for entry to the event on the rescheduled date, Formula 1 Booking Office will work to obtain replacement tickets for you.If you cannot attend the event on the rescheduled date, you are encouraged to list the tickets on Formula 1 Booking Office. Except when replacement tickets are required or as otherwise required by applicable law, Formula 1 Booking Office does not provide refunds for postponed or rescheduled events.

3. Formula 1 Booking Office will provide you support to answer any questions on our website live chat facility.

 

Other Terms

1. In order to receive the benefit of this Buyer Guarantee, you must comply with the Formula 1 Ticket Office Terms & Conditions. If you fail to contact us immediately upon becoming aware of an issue with your Ticket(s), we may be unable to provide you with a replacement Ticket(s) and/or a full refund.

2. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, certain venues and events may have additional restrictions on entry including, without limitation, screening for symptoms of COVID-19. If you are denied entry to a venue or event due to factors unrelated to whether your ticket is valid for entry, this Buyer Guarantee does not apply.
